Having the right pool of trained, motivated and professionally qualified people is critical to the success of our business. With this in mind, HWE Mining is committed to recruiting and developing trainees and apprentices across a wide range of vocations.

Traineeships are open to all new HWE Mining employees who are interested in a technical career, while our apprenticeship program can give you a great opportunity to experience all aspects of your chosen trade – whether it be fixed and mobile plant servicing, auto-electrical, welding, tyre fitting or another discipline.
